For Conversion FROM Expedition PCB to any format, these files are required:

    1. "cell.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE CELL_LIBRARY

    2. "jobprefs.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE JOB_PREFERENCES

    3. "layout.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE LAYOUT

    4. "padstack.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE PADSTACK_LIBRARY

    5. "pdb.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .Filetype ASCII_PDB

    6. "netclass.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE NETCLASS_FILE

    7. "netprops.hkp" - The first line of which should look something like this:

       .FILETYPE NETPROPERTIES_FILE
